Muglai Paratha

Maida - 2cups
Salt little
Water

For Filling
Eggs - 3
Onions - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Salt according to taste
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Cilantro (a few finely chopped)

Method

  1.  Kneed the dough with maida + salt (little) + water.
  2. Keep a side. Divide into 8 equal parts.
  3. Beat the eggs + onions + tomato + salt + red chilly powder + cilantro.
  4. Keep the mixture a side.
  5. Heat a plan pan. Role the dough flat.
  6. Place the flat dough on the heated pan.
  7. Pour the egg mixture gently. Now wrap the egg mixture with the flat dough and make a triangle shape.
  8. Note:The wrapping has to be done on the hot tawa.
  9. Pour some oil around it and fry as a Roti.
