Keerai Masial

Ingredients

500 gm Spinach 
3-4 red chillies
2 pinch hing
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt as per your taste
2 tsp urad dhal
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp  coconut oil

Method

  1. Wash the spinach nicely and boil it is until tender and cooked well.
  2. Drain the excess water from the boiled spinach and allow it to cool for a few minutes
  3. Beat the spinach now in a Mixie until it is smashed nicely and keep it aside
  4. Now add 1 spoon of oil in a kadai and heat it for 2mins
  5. Add Mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  6. Add the red chillies,urad dhal,coriander powder,hing etc to the oil.
  7. Add the smashed spinach to the above mixture and simmer for 1 mins.
  8. Add salt as per your taste and mix well.
