Hi,
This is Srividya here from Cincinnati, USA. My husband Anand loves this dish that I am going to share with you called the moglai cauliflower. Hope you all enjoy this dish which is my first dish on this food site. My E-mail address is:viduandy@earthlink.net

Moglai Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 lb cauliflower.
1/2 lb potatoes.
1/2 lb green peas.
1/2 chopped onions and 2 sliced onions.
some ghee.

Ground Paste :

Ginger and green chillies (little)

Method:

  1. Cut vegetables given above.
  2. Put ghee in pan and fry onions to brown and make paste of it.
  3. Heat ghee again and fry chopped onions now and then add chilly paste.
  4. Add vegetables and 1 cup water and cover and cook it .
  5. Add onions paste and salt and stir nicely.

Moglai dish is ready to taste with parathas or chapatis. Enjoy it.
