Hi
I'm Radhika an engineer living in Boston, MA basically from Bangalore. I love to cook and try new dishes and this site is really cool with so many new recipes to try out....Here is recipe for home made delicious pizza which my aunt in AZ taught me for those who love pizzas.....If you have any Q's u can send a mail to radhinj@yahoo.com.......

It might seem little hard and complicated in words but when u do it......it is really simple and easy believe me!

Ingredients

6 English Muffins (Whole or 12 halves)
1-2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella grated cheese
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Oregano Italian spice leaf
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut all the vegetables and onions into smaller cubes about quarter inch size.
  2. Then add mayonnaise, cheese, salt and italian leaf (mash it slightly with hands). Mix it with a spoon thoroughly.
  3. Make muffins into half and place the above mixture( about 3 tbsp) with ur hand and press slightly to secure it on top of each half muffin.
  4. Place an aluminium foil on the oven tray to accommodate the above 12 muffins with mixture on it.
  5. Preheat the oven at 450 deg for about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Place the muffins carefully on the foil.
  7. After about 12-15 mins (oven in bake mode 450 deg) when cheese melts turn the oven knob to broil position so that top part of pizza turns slightly brownish for about 5-8 mins.
  8. Thats it turn off oven and serve hot with red pepper powder sprinkled and sauce if liked.
