Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients
Bread slices-6
A cup finely cut vegetables-carrot, onions, tomatoes, beans
A cupful of grated mozzarella cheese
2 green chillies
salt
Method:
- Take a kadai and just saute the vegetables with little oil. To this add
the green chillies finely cut and salt to taste. Fry for 1 minute.
- Take each slice and spread the vegetable mixture on top. On top of it
add the grated cheese. Spread it fully in the shape of the bread.
- Preheat the oven on medium temperature and place this sandwich on the
upper grill.
- When the cheese melts, it is ready. Eat it hot. Enjoy it as a breakfast
or teatime snack. It takes hardly 15 minutes to prepare it.
