Cheese Balls
Ingredients
1/2 kg potatoes, boiled and mashed
300-350 g cheese, grated
Salt
pepper
chilly powder
oil
1/2 egg, beaten
Method:
- Combine the potatoes, cheese, salt, pepper, and chilly powder and egg and make a dough.
- Make tiny balls out of the dough.
- Deep fry the balls till golden brown.
