Graduation Sandwich
Ingredients
Bread 1 loaf
Eggs 4 (boiled and chopped)
Cheese 100g
Butter
Pepper and Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut the sides of the bread and apply butter finely on one side of
the slice.
- Mix rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Apply the paste on the bread slice and roll it gently.
- Then, carefully tie a thin ribbon in the center of the rolled bread.
Note:
The paste can also be done with mashed potatoes with pepper and salt
added to it.
