Hi, my name is Savitha and i love to cook and this is one of my favorite dessert which is easy to make and delicious to eat.

Mango Pudding

Ingredients

1 can mango pulp
1 cup cool whip
1 cup sugar
8 oz philly cheese cream
3 packets knox gelatine ( in one box there will be 4 packets)
3 cups of water

Method

  1. Dissolve gelatine in half cup of hot water, allow it to cool.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender including the dissolved gelatine and whip it to a smooth cosistency, pour it into a dessert dish and allow it to set in the fridge for 6-8 hours .
  3. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve chilled.
