Spinach Roti

Ingredients

1.Wheat flour 2 cups.
2.1/2 pack of frozen spinach (washed).
3.Salt
4.Chilly powder.

Method:

  1. Prepare a dough of wheat flour with 2 cups of flour and spinach (mixed properly) with salt, chilli powder, water and a little oil.
  2. Cover it for 1 hour. (use hot water for dough preparation for best results).
  3. Roll it into 6-8 balls.
  4. Prepare rotis of circular dimensions and put on a hot pan applying oil on both sides.

Serve hot with sauce or a gravy vegetable.
