King's Egg and Egg Manchurian
Ingredients
5 egg's
1lb. potatoes
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
ghee or oil for deep frying
Method :
- Boil four egg's and potatoes separately.
- Beat the remaining one egg.
- Peel and mash potatoes. Add all the seasoning to the potato and mix
well.
- Take one whole egg and cover it entirely with the potato mixture. Dip in the beaten egg.
- Deep fry in hot ghee till golden brown.
- Cut it vertically and garnish. Serve with tamarind chutney.
Egg Manchurian :
Ingredients :
6 egg's hard boiled
3 large onions cut into thick pieces lengthwise
5 to 6 green chillies (slit lengthwise)
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
oil.
Method :
- Slice the egg's into halves lengthwise.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add onions and cook over low heat till the onions are tender. Keep stirring occasionally.
- Mix the cornflour in a little water till smooth.
- Add cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to the onions. Stir
well.
- Add eggs and green chillies. Bring it to a boil and remove from heat.
