Hot and Sour Soup
Ingredients
1. Vegetable Broth.(You can also make this at home by boiling
vegetables) (1 Can)
2. Fresh vegetable (total of 2 cups (qt can vary))
Note: (cabbage,green Onion(scaley onion), cauliflower,borocali,carrot,
green chili)
3. spices: black pepper, salt.
4. ketchups: soya, tomato,green chili(optional).
Note: add the amount of ketchups according to your taste.
5.vinger(optional)
6. Corn starch (2spoon)
7. Oil (1tbsp)
Method:
- Wash all the vegetables and grate them with the grater.
- Take a sauce pan. Put the pan on the stove and add oil in it. Warm
the oil until fumes.
- Now add all the grated vegetables and stir for half minute.(note:
vegetable should be crisp)
- Add the can of vegetable broth.
- Now fill the can with the water and add 2tsp of corn starch in it
and add this to the pan.
- Now add salt, black pepper, vinger and all the ketchups in the pan.
Enjoy the soup!
Note: You can also serve soup with Garlic bread.
