Muttai Parotta
Ingredients
For Parotta
Wheat Bread 10 slices
OR
Frozen Naan 5 Pieces
Eggs 4 (whipped neat)
Besan flour 1 Spoon
Green Chillies 5 (finely chopped)
Onions 1 (big, cut into very small
pieces)
Cilantro 1 small cup
Tomato 1 Big, cut into very small pieces
Chilli Powder 1 Spoon.
Oil 2 Spoon.
Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, fry the onions and green chillies.
- Add to it the beaten egg and scramble it.
- Add some more oil and fry well the scrambled pieces of bread or
naan.
- Add the chilli powder, salt and tomatoes and fry till all mix well.
- Garnish with cilantros.
Goes great with Hunt's tomato ketchup or Maggie hot sauce!
