Lamb Biryani

Ingredients

1 lb lamb
2 cups Basmathi Rice
2 spoons of chilli powder
11/2 spoon salt
1 spoon daniya powder, turmeric
1 spoon fresh ginger, garlic paste
1 spoon garam masala powder
4-5 bay leaves
5-6 cloves, 1 spoon jeera
1 big onion
2 spoonful curd
2 big spoonful oil

Method

  1. Cut lamb into 10-12 pieces add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, daniya powder, salt, garam masala mix it together, and keep it for 1 hour.
  2. Cut onions vertically
  3. Take a pressure pan add oil, put cloves, bay leaves, jeera, onions, cashews (optional).
  4. Fry them until red, and add Marinated lamb to it and fry it for 10- 15 minutes then add rice fry for sometime and add 3 cups of water for two whistles in Medium heat.
