My name is Sonya, I love cooking which I learnt thru' trial and error methods. I had an intercaste marriage, and my family loves a variety of foods, and to match their tastes, I am forced to learn different types of cooking and found them very interesting.

Starter

Ingredients

Button mushrooms 1 packet
Amul butter250 gms.
Parsley 1 bunch chopped finely
Bread pieces.
1 tbps of garlic paste.

Method :

  1. Mix butter with finely chopped parsley and garlic paste, remove stem from the mushrooms.
  2. Fill the mushroom caps with the herbed butter, in a oven proof dish and grill for 15 min or till the mushrooms are nicely coated with the butter.
  3. Serve with small bread pieces.
