Ingredients:3 pickwick biscuits
250 ml. Chilled milk
1 scoop vanilla icecream
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
1-2 drops vanilla essence
Method
- Crush biscuits coarsely.
- Place in electric mixer, add sugar.
- Add 50 ml. Milk, run to make smooth paste.
- Add icecream, cardamom, essence, run again.
- Add remaining milk, run again till very frothy.
- Pour into individual glasses, frothing as much as possible.
- Just before serving, sprinkle some praline over each.
- Sprinkle gently to keep it from sinking below the froth.
- Serve chilled.
