Ingredients:2 digestive biscuits roughly crushed
2 tbsp. honey
250 ml. plain soyamilk, chilled
5-6 ice cubes, crushed
1-2 drops vanilla essence
Method
- Place biscuits in an electric mixer.
- Add 50 ml. milk, run to form a smooth paste.
- Add all other ingredients, run mixie.
- Run till mixture is very frothy.
- Pour into individual chilled glasses.
- Serve chilled.
