Biscuit Smoothies
Walnut Choco Steaming Drink
Ingredients:

1/2 cup shelled walnuts, broken
3 whole shelled walnuts halves for garnish
2 oreo chocolate cream biscuits
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tbsp. brown or regular sugar
300 ml. whole milk
2 scoops chocolate icecream

Method

  1. Run shelled walnuts and biscuits in mixie till powdered.
  2. Pour 1 cup milk in a large vessel, add walnut-biscuit powder.
  3. Add cocoa powder, sugar, stir till well blended.
  4. Put to heat, bring to a boil stirring continuously.
  5. Add remaining milk, bring back to boil, wile stirring.
  6. Simmer and boil for 2-3 minutes more.
  7. Pour boiling hot milk from one vessel to another, to froth.
  8. Repeat 3-4 times till frothy.
  9. Pour into heatproof glasses, while still very hot.
  10. Top with a small blob of hardened icecream.
  11. Top this with the walnut half.
  12. Serve immediately.

Makes : 3 servings
