Easter Delicacies
Easter Chocolate
  INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup condensed milk
1 cup soft butter
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup flaked coconut
2 cups powdered sugar (keep 2 tbsp aside for sprinkling)
1/2 cup nuts (of your choice)
2 cups semi-sweetened chocolates
1 tbsp butter

Method:

  1. Beat butter and salt till fluffy
  2. Add milk, coconut and sugar, vanilla essence and nuts
  3. Mix it well, till it is stiff
  4. Dust the dough with 2 tbsp sugar
  5. Knead the dough till smooth
  6. Set aside for 5 minutes
  7. Shape the dough into small desired moulds (like eggs, or ball..)
  8. Place a large pan or double boiler with water to boil
  9. Place a small pan or upper section over simmering water
  10. Add chocolate chips and butter, melt while stirring very gently
  11. When smooth, take from fire
  12. Dip the shapes and place it on waxed paper to harden

Making Time: 25 minutes
Shelflife: 4-5 days
