INGREDIENTS1/2 cup walnuts crushed
1/2 cup cashews crushed
1-1/2 cups biscuits (marie or glucose), crushed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. Vanilla essenceFor Decoration: Jelly Beans
Icecream sticks

Coloured frostingMethod:
- Put sugar, cocoa, butter in a nonstick pan.
- Cook while stirring, till well dissolved.
- Take off heat, mix in all other ingredients.
- Allow to cool till it can be handled.
- Empty into greased large plate, pat even very lightly
- Using the shaped cutter, cut out the shapes
- Place cutouts on sheets of waxed paper
- Insert a icecream stick 2 inches into the bottom of each cutout
- Decorate the popups with jelly beans, chocolate chips, coloured frosting as desired
- Cool well till firmed
- Store in air-tight container, can be placed in Easter Basket
