Easter Delicacies
Easter Candies
Ingredients

2-1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of each food colour (red, green, orange, yellow)
2-3 drops of each essence (strawberry, mango, orange and pineapple)

  Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients  except the colour and essence
  2. Knead the dough
  3. Make four portions of the dough
  4. And each portion mix each colour with relevant essence (red-strawberry, green-mango, orange-orange, yellow-pineapple)
  5. Make tiny balls of each dough
  6. Refrigerate all the candies
  7. Can be used for easter decoration

  Making Time: 30 minutes
