Ingredients500 gms potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 1/2 litres water
3-4 garlic, chopped finely
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup finely chopped spinach
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
1 onion, chopped finelyMethod
- Mix all the ingredients
- Bring it to boil
- Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Serve hot
