Green Leafy Veg Dishes
Green Fenugreek Salad
Ingredients:

1 cup fresh tender fenugreek leaves only (omit small and big stalks)
1 large ripe firm tomato, chopped
1 large onions chopped
1 tsp. mint finely chopped
1 tsp. sugar powdered
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. chilli powder
salt to taste
2 pinches black salt

Method:

  1. Separate each leaf, no need to chop.
  2. Wash, drain completely.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, toss gently.
  4. Transfer to a glass bowl.
  5. Chill well, covered, before serving.

Making time: 20 minutes
Makes: 3-4 servings
