(Fillings, coating)Ingredients:
175 gms. white cooking fat
50 gms. butter
375 gms. icing sugar
50 gms. evaporated milk
2 pinches salt
3 drops vanilla essenceMethod:
- Sift half the icing sugar and salt.
- Mix butter and fat, beat till smooth.
- Mix in sifted sugar, beat till smooth.
- Sift remaining sugar, mix with milk powder.
- Add to mixture, with essence.
- Mix again, but do not overbeat.
- To stiffen further mix in some cornflour.
- To make it softer, mix in a few drops of milk.
- Use as required.
Making time: 20 minutes
Shelflife: 2 days refrigerated, 2 weeks frozen.
