Icings and Toppings
To Make Piping Bag
Take a rectangular piece of strong greaseproof paper, measuring AB 7 1/2\" x BC10\". Cut into 2 triangles along the diagonal.
  1. Hold A and bring towards B. With other hand pull C around to form a sharp point X such that A,B and C meet at the same Point.
  2. Tug at C to tighten the point X firmly, then tape the open flaps to produce a firm, sharp pointed cone.
  3. Fold outwards and downwards, the top corner flap of the cone.
  4. To fill, spoon icing carefully into cone, snip a half inch tip off X, and screw or tape on desired nozzle. If using screw type nozzle, then insert screw slot into icing bag before filling it.
  5. Tape the top of the piping bag securely, so that there is no leakage.
