Ingredients:1 cup dried ginger roots
1/2 cup elachi pods (green cardamom)
1 tbsp peppercorns
6-7 2" cinnamin sticksMethod:
- Dry all the ingredients in the sun for an hour
- Grind all the ingredients finely
- Sieve it and grind again the residual
- Store in a sterlised jar
