Moong Dishes
Healthy Moong Chaat
Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong
1/2 cup roasted bengal gram or chick peas
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tsp. coriander leaves finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger grated
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste

Method:

  1. Boil sprouts in water till soft but not soggy.
  2. Drain and chill well.
  3. Add all ingredients, and toss well.
  4. Add a few pinches chaat masala if desired.
  5. Serve cold with tea or coffee.

Making time: 20 minutes (excluding chilling time)
Makes: 3 servings
Shelflife: Prepare boiled sprouts and other ingredients ahead few hours. Mix just before serving.
