Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup sprouted moong
1/4 cup sprouted channa
1 large onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
1/2 bunch coriander chopped.
few mint leaves chopped.
1 tsp. vinegar white
salt to taste
1 tsp. ground sugar
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cummin seed powderMethod
- Wash and drain the sprouts.
- Add onion, tomatoes and all seasoning.
- Mix well, add mint an mix lightly
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Chill and serve.
