Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong
1 cup beaten curd
3 tbsp sweet chutney
2 tbsp green chutney
3 tbsp fine sev
coriander leaves for garnishing
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 green chillies, chopped finely
2 tbsp onion, chopped finely
1 potato, boiled and smashed
salt as per taste
red chilli powder as per tasteMethod:
- Boil sprout moong, till soft
- Drain and put in serving bowl
- Top it with smashed potatoes
- Add salt and red chillies to curd
- Spread the beaten curd over it
- Then top with tomatoes, onion, green chutney, sweet chutney
- Garnish with coriander leaves and sev

Makes: 2 servings
