Spicy Vinegar Solution

Ingredients

1 pouch of above spice mixture
1 litre white vinegar

1. Boil vinegar, with spice pouch (recipe already there)
2. Simmer for 9-10 minutes.
3. Allow the pouch to remain in solution till it is required.
4. Use as recipe requires: hot or cold.
