Sauces for Icecreams and Cakes
Nutty Nougat Sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp water
1/4 cup chopped, almonds, cashews, pistas & peanuts
Method

Melt the sugar in heavy bottomed pan. Stir continuously till sugar browns a bit and melts fully. Now sprinkle water on it and stir. Boil for a minute. Add crushed nuts and stir.

Serve immediately.
