Ingredients:
1/2 cup paneer, grated
2 raw bananas, boiled, peeled and grated
2 tbsp singhare flour
1/4 cup coarsely grounded peanuts
Salt (rock salt) as per taste
Oil for dee fryingMake paste of:
2-3 green chillies
1" gingerMethod
Making Time: 30 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients except oil
- Make small balls of the mixture
- Heat oil for deep frying
- Deep fry the kababs till golden brown
- Remove and drain
- Serve hot
Shelflife: Best fresh
Makes: 10-12 Kababs
