Sitaphal Dishes
Sitaphal Sauce
(For pouring over cakes and puddings)

Ingredients (1):

1 cup sitaphal pulp
1 large ripe banana
1 cup fresh lightly sweetened cream

Ingredients (2)

1 cup sitaphal puree
1 cup thick plain curds
3 cup sugar ground
1 pinch cinnamon

Method:

  1. For method 2, tie curds in a muslin cloth for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat till smooth. Use in recipe.
  3. Blend fruit well till smooth puree is formed.
  4. Blend in cream/curds till a thick sauce is got.
  5. Chill and pour over plain sponges, fruit puddings, etc.
  6. Serve chilled.

Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 cups sauce
Shelflife: Best same day (refrigerated)
