(For pouring over cakes and puddings)Ingredients (1):
1 cup sitaphal pulp
1 large ripe banana
1 cup fresh lightly sweetened creamIngredients (2)
1 cup sitaphal puree
1 cup thick plain curds
3 cup sugar ground
1 pinch cinnamonMethod:
- For method 2, tie curds in a muslin cloth for 20 minutes.
- Beat till smooth. Use in recipe.
- Blend fruit well till smooth puree is formed.
- Blend in cream/curds till a thick sauce is got.
- Chill and pour over plain sponges, fruit puddings, etc.
- Serve chilled.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 cups sauce
Shelflife: Best same day (refrigerated)
