Ingredients:
1 cup oil
1/2 cup dried red chilliesMethod:
- Heat oil till smoky.
- Add chillies, cover and turn off heat.
- Keep aside, covered, for 24 hours.
- Strain with a fine mesh, bottle and use as required.
Making time: 5 minutes, maturing time 1 day
Makes: 1 cup oil
Shelflife: 1 month or more
