Ingredients:
1 cup ripe chopped papaya, peach or other fruit
1 tbsp. sugar
6-8 crushed icecubes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chilled water
1/4 tsp. salt
a small end sprig of kaffir lime leaves or mint leavesMethod:
- Put fruit in an electric blender.
- Run till smooth.
- Add all other ingredient except leaves.
- Run till drink is frothy and light.
- Pour into chilled glasses, allow to froth over.
- Garnish rim with leaves, serve immediately.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 medium servings
