Festival Recipes Thiruvadarai Kali
This recipe is prepared on Thiruvadarai
Ingredients
Rice Flour - 2 cups
Jaggery(gur) - 1 cup
Coconut scraping - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoonMethod
- Boil half cup of water with pinch of salt
- Mix rice flour,one tea spoon of arhar dal,jaggery powder,coconut scraping and cardamom powder
- Stir well to get uniformity and remove from fire
- Keep it in a plate and steam cook in a cooker for 10 minutes
