Festival Recipes Puttu
This recipe is prepared on Navratri.
Rice Flour - 2 cups
Jaggery (gur) - 1 cup
Coconut scraping - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoonMethod
- Mix rice flour, one tea spoon of arhar dal, jaggery powder, coconut scraping, salt and cardamom powder
- Sprinkle some water till the mixture is moist
- Keep it in a plate and steam cook in a cooker for 10 minutes
