Festival Recipes

This recipe is prepared on Krishna Ashtami (Krishna Jayanthi).

Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon

Method

  1. Boil the milk with sugar in a thick pressure pan under low fire
  2. Allow to boil ,stir well till it turns very thick
  3. Remove from fire when it becomes semi-solid and it  will be curdled
  4. Stir well and store in a air tight container
