Festival Recipes Tharattipal
This recipe is prepared on Krishna Ashtami (Krishna Jayanthi).
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoonMethod
- Boil the milk with sugar in a thick pressure pan under low fire
- Allow to boil ,stir well till it turns very thick
- Remove from fire when it becomes semi-solid and it will be curdled
- Stir well and store in a air tight container
