Normally, it is easy to choose people who have rocked the culinary world. They are usually the chefs, closely followed by restaurateurs, few critics and a handful of bartenders. But ever wondered about people who have continued working well creating spaces that are worthy of time spent and experience that demand more than a social media mention?
In fact, each year they push the envelope a little bit more to bring something surprisingly interesting and unthinkable. This year, Bawarchi decided to toast a few of those – and yes, we do have some usual favourites too.
