1/2 kg grounded turkey meat
1 cup crumbled paneer
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp crushed ginger
2 spring onions, chopped finely
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Blend all the ingredients well
- Make 6 flat patties of the mixture
- Chill for 1 hour
- Grill the patties for 6-7 min on each side
- Serve with shredded lettuce leaves and ketchup
