4 buns
4 tomato slices
4 cheddar cheese slicesFor Burgers:
500 gms mince meat
1/2 cup crumbled cottage cheese (make 4 portions)
1 egg
2 spring onion, chopped finely
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup bread crumbsMethod:
- Mix all the ingredients of burgers except cottage
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions
- Make flat rounds of the portions
- Place each portion of cottage cheese on flat rounds
- Wrap the meat around the cheese and make burgers
- Grill the burgers for 10 min, turning once each side
- Place cheese slice over the burgers
- Grill again for 1 min till cheese melts
- Toast the buns and split open
- Place the cheesy burger in it and top with tomato slice
- Serve with ketchup and french fries
