4 potatoes, boiled and peeled
1/4 cup peas
10 french beans, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
1/2 cup small cauliflower florets
1 tsbp lemon juice
1 egg white
1-1/2 bread crumbs
1 tbsp cornflour
4 green chillies chopped finely
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Oil for shallow fryingMethod:
- Boil peas, french beans, carrots and cauliflower
- Smash it coarsely
- Smash potatoes
- Mix all the ingredients except for the oil
- Make patties of the mixture
- Heat oil in a shallow pan
- Fry patties on both the sides till golden
- Serve on toasted roll spread with chutney
