1/2 kg lean minced lamb meat
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
2 green chillies, chopped finely
3 tbsp boiled corn kernels, smashed
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
Salt as per taste
4 cheese cubesMethod:
- Mix all the ingredients except cheese cube
- Mix it well and make 8 potion of patties
- Make flat rounds of meat parts
- Place 4 cheese cubes on 4 flat patties
- Top each with other 4 patties
- Press together firmly, sealing the edges firmly -- cheese should be completely covered
- Grill the patties, turning once till the patties are brown -- aprrox 20 mins
- Serve with chips
