2 tbsp vegetable oil
400 gms shredded boneless chickenMarinate chicken with
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt as per
1/4 tsp white pepper powderFor Sauce
1/4 cup clear honey
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp chopped celeryMethod
- Heat oil in a wok
- Stir-fry the chicken till tender
- Dissolve cornflour in chicken stock
- Add all the sauce ingredients
- Let it simmer till the sauce thickens
- Serve hot with rice
