1 packet wonton wrapper
Mix together for the filling
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 egg
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
2 cup finely minced shrimps
1 cup minced, cooked crabmeat
1 tbsp soy sauceMethod
- Put 1/2 tbsp filling at the center of wrapper
- Press the edges of wrapper, so the filling is enclosed and a small packet type is formed
- Heat oil
- Deep fry the wontons till golden brown
- Serve hot with soy sauce
