2 Eggs
4 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp cream of Tartar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
2 tbsp Butter or Ghee
1 cup Curd
1/2 cup (small) RumMethod:
- Cream the sugar, 1 egg, 1 yolk of egg and rum together.
- Sift in the flour and dry ingredients and butter melted.
- Then take the mixture and dredge with flour.
- Roll out 1/4" thick and cut with doughnut forms.
- Fry in ghee to a golden brown.
