1 cup salmon, drained and shredded
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 cup parsley, chopped finely
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Beat well cream cheese and heavy cream till fluffy
- Add all the ingredients and mix well
- Chill for a day
- Spread on bread / buns and serve
