1 cup tuna, cooked and flaked
2 tbsp plain flour
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup capsicum, chopped finely
1/4 cup onion, grated
2 garlic flakes, minced
4 green chillies, chopped finely
1-1/2 cup cheese, grated
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add flour and roast for 3 minutes
- Add onion and garlic and simmer for 3-4 minutes
- Pour milk stirring continuously
- After it boils add 1 cup cheese
- Stir till cheese melts
- Add tomato puree and let it boil
- Add capsicum
- Let it boil till thickens
- Add remaining cheese and cook till it melts
- Add tuna, salt, pepper, pepper sauce
- Blend it well
- Remove from fire
- Serve with crackers / chips
