1/2 cup crab, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
3 stalk green onions, chopped fienly
1/4 cup celery
1 capsicum, chopped finely
1/4 cup carrot, chopped and boiled
1 green chillies, chopped finely
1/2 tsp hot chilli sauce
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1 tsbp mayonnaiseMethod:
- Blend well sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Chill for 2 hours
- Spread on bread, wafers..and serve
