2 cups mince meat
2 onions, chopped
1 garlic flakes, crushed
1/4 tsp chilli sauce (optional)
1-1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 tomato puree
1 cup cheese (pref velvetta or cheddar)
1/8 tsp oregano
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp butterMethod:
- Heat butter in a pan
- Fry onion till transparent
- Add meat and crushed garlic
- Simmer till meat is brown
- Add tomato juice, tomato puree
- Add oregano, salt, pepper and chilli sauce
- Stir for 2-3 minutes
- Add cheese and cook till it melts and till desired thickness is achieved
- Serve with tortila chips or nacho chips
