2 cups margarine
2 eggs beaten
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup cashewnuts powder, coarse
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essenceMethod:
- Mix eggs, cocoa powder, sugar in a pan
- Put the pan on a low flame
- Simmer the ingredients, till sugar melts, stirring continuously
- Remove from fire
- Add cashewnuts and vanilla essence
- Let it cool
- In a bowl mix cooled mixture and margarine
- Blend it well with egg beater for 5-6 mins.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Spread on biscuits or toasts and serve
